Chris Kelley was convicted about 4 years ago and owes me $80,000 from a court judgment. To date he has paid nothing. He was sent to jail in WA State for theft (he tore down my house then did not perform any more work) then extradited to GA where he had (I believe) been convicted in absentia because he fled and failed to show for his court arraignment. I was told by a victim who was helping me that he had defrauded Katrina victims and also had received public assistance by CLAIMING to be a Katrina victim, when in fact he wasn't.

I am going to send this Ripoff Report information to King County Court where he was convicted and probably still on probation. If not here, then in GA. Once they know he is pulling his same tricks he can be sent back to jail. His partner in crime, Gwen McHenry, although she wasn't charged understands that she is assisting a known criminal commit more crimes and thus is equally culpable. In WA state during the trial the judge told Chris to NOT do any construction projects. He couldn't follow that order. Was caught and the judge threw him in jail until his court date. This guy is an idiot.
