There wasnt anything i could say on my end hardly because she wouldnt give me a chance to talk. She continued with her bipolar behavior, I am thinking this lady must of just gotten in an argument with someone else and she is taking it out on me, or she is a psycho b*tch from hell. I didnt know what to think. She was terrible and her behavior is uncallled for. At the end she got mad and said she was going to call fed ex to cancell my order. That is after she had hung up on me the first time, and then she called me back a second time to tell me she was cancelling my order.

This is not a business, they should not be in bussiness. So she wouldnt tell me wher my order was or was not , she was uncooperative in everyway, what a nightmare, i was very dissapointed. i called the gerson institute to tell them what had happened because they were the ones whom recommmened i order from them, but they were unaware of the terrible way they run a business. After letting the gerson center know of the bad practices of PUR HEALTH DISCOUNTS, they will no longer conduct business with them or reccommend anyone order from them. GERSON center said they will start looking for a new distributer and the gerson center was sorry and shocked to hear of their behaviour.
