Pure Products, Phentrazine 37.5 Charged my bank acct. $149.95 without pror notice to me or permission Ripoff Internet

I ordered a free 15 day trial of a diet pill called "Phentrazine37.5". I was in the understanding that I would only be charged $4.95 by credit card for shipping and handling.

I read and understood the terms and agreement, and no where in that statement was it written that you would be charged $149.95 for a one time auto shipping 20 days after your free sample was ordered.

I immediately called a customer service line and spoke with a woman named Brandy. She said that all sales are final and in no way was I going to be refunded because I hadnt submitted a "ticket" on their web site.

But I had, I submitted a ticket on the 23rd, stating that it was urgent I be contacted with a phone number to contact in order for me to cancel any future orders. She told me that it was too late and the only way Id be refunded is if I could prove I cancelled the acct. prior to the 20 day period I had to.

I made several phone calls to the 800 number, which no one actually answers anyway. I told her I had been trying to call for days on end and I was told that it takes up to 72 hours for a response from the company, which is not stated by the automated operator. You're asked to leave a voicemail with your name and number. It says nothing about HAVING to leave a detailed message. And the only time you speak to an actual person is if you want to order the product.

I am disputing this with my bank and will not be accepting the package upon arrival. I URGE EVERYONE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FRADULENT COMPANY ASAP. WE'RE STRONGER IN NUMBERS.
