I watched an online advertisement by Dr. Oz about the benefits of Gracinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean in aiding body fat reduction. However, I learned after the fact that this is common and that Dr. Oz does not have any affiliation with this company. At the end of the video an offer was made to receive a free one month supply of each for only shippin/handling costs. I thought I would try it and ordered on-line. Each bottle was shipped from a different location. One came from lAS Vegas and the other from Calif. (not sure where). When I received my Jan. statement from Discover Card I saw an additional charge of $87.17 per bottle for a total of $174.34.

I called and spoke with a young person in customer service. I asked why and she said that I had not contacted them in time to notify them that I did not want the product. I told her it was advertized as a free bottle online. She said that under "terms and conditions" it explains that you have to contact them within 14 days and if not you will be charged $87 and some cents. I told her this was very deceptive advertising....much like the time shares do to swindle people. Not much else to say and I told her cancel my card. She did and sent me an email.

I decided to call back later in the day. Spoke with a different person and asked to speak with her supervisor or manager. As I was speaking with her I could hear background conversations between someone in charge and other customer service employees. At times I was put on hold when I asked her something and she had to check with someone about what to say. When I asked to speak with her supervisor I was on hold for over 5 minutes. She came back on and said there was no supervisor available and said thank you and good bye.

This company advertises these products at much less than $87 a bottle. I could have bought at least 2 bottles each for the $174. There is no address listed on the bottles.

I would question whether the product even contains the ingredients it reports.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
