Fraud/Misleading.  This company offers a 14-day trial of product for $4.99 shipping cost.   That trial begins on "ship"date vs. product received date.   The fine print was not listed on the web site.    When you call to cancel, they give you a cancellation # (provided by Paul Harrington) and then still bill you another $99.99 and will not refund !!!!!    The customer service (Ron) is contradictory, rude and unprofessional.   Even though you indicate you had a cancellation # from Paul Harrington, it did not matter.   They will not refund.   Do not order from this company!    Bad Bad company.   Better Business Bureau complaint filed and will now file with the FCC.
