 Im an older woman (72) and noticed the ad on television while watching sharktank. I thought it looked like it worked, the station wouldnt air a false commercial. Then i saw it on facebook and decided to buy it. I didnt read the tiny fine print. It said free trial pay 5.99 for shipping so i bought it. After two weeks i was charged TWICE, 89.95 by the dermasoft company and purecell company. I called my bank to check the prices and then called purecell. Thats when i noticed the phone numbers were different even though the shipping po box was the same. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a very rude man denying me a refund. When i asked to speak to a manager he refused saying he could offer me a refund of only 35% i said manager please.

He then transferred me but to another rol employee who also refused to let me speak to a manager saying she was qualified to handle the situation. She then gave me a refund of 50% of the 89.95. I was furious because they took my money for bills. I called the second company and they were rude too saying they were not obligated to refund me because i signed a contract which did not happen. I never signed any contract. They gave me a 50% refund and refused to let me speak to a manager. No one gave me names unless i asked. The company is a scam. They entice you with a free trial of 14 days which starts when they ship the product and charge you twice 89.95 without notice! DO NOT BUY PURECELL OR DERMASOFT PRODUCTS!
