Purely Organic Cosmetics Charged debit card for item not received. Greensboro NC

On 8/01/18, I ordered a free trial sample of wrinkle reducer for my wife and was charged $4.95 for shipping, which is fair. I clicked the section that said it was to be a one-time transaction and there would be no more shipments. On 8-16-18 I was looking at my bank statement and saw that Purely Organic had charged me $89.95 the day before. I tried to call them several times and each time I was placed on hold from between 1hr 03 min to 1 hr 17 min at which time I would be disconnected.

I immediately googled them and discovered there were numerous complaints about people being charged and not receiving the product and people who were also placed on hold and were disconnected after a long time being on hold. I then went to my bank and reported that my card had been charged and I hadn't ordered the product, nor had it been delivered. At that time, the bank cancelled my card and re-issued another one. They also removed the charge from my account and I had to file a report of unauthorized use of my card.

Then, on 9-29-18 I received a letter from my bank telling me that Purely Organic had provided compelling evidence that the item had been ordered and had been shipped to me and they took the money back out and sent it to Purely Organic. I did some checking and discovered that when they handled my trial order, it was entered as a 15-day trial where you had to cancel within that time or they would send the next shipment and charge the card that was originally provided. It took three weeks to be delivered, but you had to cancel within 15 days I checked with my wife and that shipment from August 15 had never been received.
