My son came home from his tour in Iraq in 2010. He purchased a beautiful new home in El Paso, Texas.

A Purity Bay LLC salesman came to the house.  I asked for his business card and promptly went upstairs to search Rip-Off Report while he was making his pitch downstairs to my son.  Not finding any reports made on Purity Bay LLC, I advised him to purchase the unit.  Yesterday, 24 April,2012 he received a letter in the mail advising of a pending Class Action Suit. It makes me sick to think our soldiers are the market target for Purity Bay LLC.

I write this letter in sincere thanks to your water purification system. My wife of 6 years has had a somewhat annoying and severe skin condition that causes her to use much skin softeners, conditioners, moisturizers and other ointments in order for her to relieve the symptoms of dry, itchy and irritated skin and scalp. The shampoo’s that are sold on the store shelves don’t really help her condition.

Since the installation of your water system, I am proud to say that her need for these numerous and expensive ointments and creams has ended. Her skin is rapidly healing and the natural oils in her body are now working as normal.  The sediments and other minerals found in our water during your initial test were the sole cause of her skin condition.

I must also include that the initial savings that I’m beginning to see in the soaps and detergents is also becoming a big improvement, not to mention the costs of bottled water that we’ve made for years.

Your system has not only virtually eliminated my wife’s skin condition, but is also saving us money and will continue to save us money for years to come. In addition to all of this, the coffee’s and teas that my wife and our guests drink taste much better. And finally, my dog Daisy thanks you. She went from a bowl of water a day to 3 or 4 bowls of water a day.  Again, I must thank you once more for this incredible system.

Your representatives and managers that I met in the process were all very courteous and professional in their demeanor. I hope my friends and family all take part in this tremendous opportunity for better water in the house. It’s well worth it!

I want to thank Purity Bay for their services they accorded us. We have purchased the Purity Bay water filter system and it has done wonderful things for our family:

• Our water is softer,

• Water boils and heats faster (we had to turn our water heater temperature down),

• clothes are softer and easier to iron,

• We use less soap, shampoo and conditioner, which in turn saves us money,

• Our son’s eczema is better (no red skin),

• Towels are softer and nicer to use,

• We now have peace of mind that our water is protected from harsh chemicals.

If nothing else, it’s just plain nice to have “bottled” water running out of our faucet.  So far the system has been great and we are hoping to save money and better our health with it. And again Purity Bay has always offered us free servicing all year round.

I am happy to comment Purity Bay for what they did to my family. My water system has done nothing but good things for my family. I must say it is one of our most worthy investments ever. When we first let this stranger come into our brand new home to test our water for free, my husband and I (like any other skeptics) were very skeptical. But as he went along with his demonstrations and comparisons to the city water, we slowly were letting our guards down.  Before we moved to Texas we lived in Oklahoma, where our youngest son was born. At a couple of months old, our son slowly developed some skin irritations. It got so bad it was all over his face, back, chest, arms and legs. They were thicken red, watery patches that were not getting any better. We had taken him to several doctors, who started prescribing mild steroids that eventually led to very strong medications. They would work for a day or two, but the rashes or patches would come back even worse. The doctors could not pinpoint whether my son had Psoriasis or Eczema. It was a daily routine for our family to go and fill our water bottles at the water machines. We would fill ten gallons a day. The filtered water was only used to sterilize his bottles and his baths, but it never helped.  So when this man was showing us pictures of other testimonies of similar skin issues, we were hooked. Still not completely sure, we were sold just so that we may actually cure our son's skin problem. As my God as my witness, within a couple of weeks, my son's skin was healing. Within a month, his skin was free and clear of anything! There was not a single sign that he had any skin problem at all. In addition to great tasting water, healthy and shiny hair, this water system has cleared my son's skin until this very day. I can't thank you enough. I usually do not open my door to anyone, and Dennis O'Brien can testify to that, but I thank God we opened our door to your company. Everything that was demonstrated to us that evening is true to this day.  Not only is your product the best out there, your customer service is superior as well. If I am not happy, Mr. O'Brien made sure that he did everything he could to change that. Nowadays, companies just don't that anymore. Best investment ever! Thank-you guys at the Good Water Guy!!!

I want to thank Purity Bay for selling me only the best. I have to say that the filtration system you installed made a world of difference not only in the taste, but the way we cook as well.  The water tastes so clean that we no longer buy bottled water.  We only use water from the filtration system to cook with because it heats faster and I don't have those nasty chemicals in my water anymore.  I mean my soups taste better and even my kids Kool-Aid tastes great!  I also wanted to say you were so professional in the way you walked me through every step of the process and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could easily understand.  I want to thank you very much for everything.

Purity Bay Vendicated

I'm glad the great guys at Purity Bay were vindicated.  I hear one of the trouble-

makers who posted the false statements about Purity Bay online has a $300,000 

judgement against him now,  and the other culprit filed bankruptcy rather than pay 

what he owes Purity Bay,  Dennis, Jaime and Rick are great people and service

us and our family and friends well.  They didn't deserve any of this. I'm glad the courts

finally heard the case and vindicated the good guys and gave the bad ones the 

Texas Boot!    Sincerely....

I find it rather ugly to try and take competition to the Ripoff Report to lie about Purity Bay, I personally been engaged with the company as a customer and I bet I got value for my money. Their products are original.

i have found out the rebuttals coming in on this sight are from the company and salesman of purity bay and the good water guy,they are being ran out of el paso and they don't like it.

this company uses any deception they can to get what they want i just received a letter from the company that is gathering information for the class action law suit and it has contact number and e- mail for the consumer to get in contact with them for information to file a class action law suit for the customers of purity bay llc and the good water guy, i also no that purity bay and the good water guy has one of these letters too.

so if your waiting for a letter be patient you will receive one. to help run this company out of town.

class action suit against purity bay is NOT TRUE

I received the same letter and it is obviously a hoax.  So many grammatical errors, no return address, no number to call back.  Someone out there has a personal hatred against a purity bay representative.  I also looked into it deeper and all those links seem to be old and altered and really had nothing to do with purity bay.

I have been a very satisfied customer for 5 years and the few times that we had questions or concerns about our system we received a very quick response from their service manager Dennis Obrien.  I have recommended this company to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. 

Its sad that someone can try to  ruin a good reputation of a company.  If you really do your research you'll notice they have a great standing with BBB.  All my family and friends are very happy with Purity Bay.

Don't believe the rumors!
