The facts behind most allegations against Purrfect Auto, aka: Shera Inc. or FranCare, can be found through legal research. You can contact the Nevada State Attorney General regarding legal action they are currently seeking against the Nevada Franchisor - Francare. Another lawsuit has been filed in Alameda County Superior Court against California Franchisor, Shera Inc.
In both these cases, the allegations made by former employee "Dave" have been submitted to the court. The names of the corporate officers and employees involved in the allegations are listed in the lawsuits.
As legal proceedings move forward, and additional facts are entered into court records, any person having issues with this company can review the court records to assist them with their legal action.

I started going to Purrfect Auto 3 years ago, I own 3 cars, I can tell you how happy I am of their service, if it wasn't for them 1 of my cars would be a total loss.
I was about to change my transmission, but they offered me an alternative they did a full transmission service, so it was not much money considering the alternative of almost 1300 bucks, My car went from the recommendation of changing the transmission to a working condition car, I have been taking all my other cars to them after that, I have never been so happy, what I've seen is people trying to take advantage of them, but I'll leave that to them.
I can testify of their good work anytime, any place..
