 Lease Finance co leased a credit card machine to me for my business in 2005 ,the machine was hooked up , but was not working properly , we could not use the machine, after repeated attempts to contact the agent , we finally got a hold of someone at lease finance ,and told them our concern, they told us to pack up the equipment in the original box , with all the attachments and send it back to them , and another rep would call us and send us new equipment , this took aproxamatley three weeks to finally get an answer from them , so we boxed it up sent it back to them ,and a few days after that my husband became sick and we had to close out business for good , this was reported to lease finance by us that we did not want the new machine , we never got to use this equipment and got no credit from them for returning it to them !! The harrassing phone calls started after this for years and they have ruined myhusbands credit report for this and it has been seven plus years and they are still thretening us , we are trying to clean up the mess on our credit report at this time from my husbands illness and are both on soscial security dissabillity , they are ruthless , that is the first thing that comes up on my husbands credit report and they will not report it closed , we were ripped off in the first place because the equipment did not work and we could not resove this with them on a one on one basis , 7 years is eneough!
