Q Lending - LV Mortgage Services - Ameriquest Loan Officers ..... Miami Florida

I hope everybody gets a chance to read this very carefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was employed with this company for just a few weeks, and what i saw scares me to the bone!!!! First and foremost, This firm doesn't pay a salary or offer benefits and they as in "John Bowen", & "Luis Vazquez" who are the ring leaders expect for the few hard working loan officers to b e there from 10:00am until 8:00pm Mon-Fri. Secondly the process is redicoulus when it comes to getting a loan approved. If you sell a loan @ a certain rate & Program they always change it all up and never advice the "Loan Officers" and when you think you are going to make x amount on a loan they give you the following excuses....

1.The bank only approved it @ this rate.
2.We made the executive decision so we can close this file, and many more to list!!!!!!!!!!
The management team forbids you to speak to the processors, as well as the title company, I wonder if they are getting kick backs??? huh?????

i'm not an employee who is discruntle, i'm just a normal family man who when came time to clooect my commision check the just screwed me out of it, and when asked "Is my check ready" They also give everyone the run around!!!!

They screwed my family out of 1,800.00 and they only paid 40% split!!!!

I wonder if there is anyone out there that can help me or guide so i can use the proper chanels and have a federal or state agency file an investigation into what i just mentioned in this report.....

I only know that in order to submitt a loan for underwriting you must have the 1003 and customer disclousures signedby the loan officer but why is Mr. Luis Vazquez receiving the lump sum and from who vs the employees????

I know i'm not a licensed mortgage broker, i guess that's the price i paid for working with these loosers!!!!!!!!

The company name on the checks is LV Mortgage Service, but they have business cards with the name Q-Lending... I don't have anything bad to say about Q Lending they have a great office and they are a reputable lending firm!!!
