Well I am not much Smarter than the rest here because I did the same thing ,Only loosing the $10.00 charge for bad funds.

He said $3,000 was a good deal and said he will send me a check or T/T whatever that means.

He requested info so I gave him My House address and tel # instead of being dumb and giving him bank info.

I received the check for $5,000.I was going to write to him but instead deposited it in My Savings!(with a hold on it so I cant get anything soon)I was really hoping to get paid but I got a return check a week later.

I dont think they will ever be able to clean out My accounts considering My Savings is a whole $3.12

Of course I noticed the check was from Frederick Powell 1223 foxwood bv,Zephryrills,FL 33543(p.s. my street name frederick)

The check says American Funds 3500 Wiseman,BLVD San Antonio TX 78251-4321 as the Bank.

I have discovered by research the individual was sending e-mails from California from Inktomi Corporation (bought by Yahoo!)and was never in the UK at all,only used a uk based Yahoo! account.
