Substituted an Inferior Service for the one I paid for with a Groupon ON Line

I was Very disappointed... I paid $18.00  for a Groupon which clearly states a 55% Discount and was good for one $40.00 Pedicure- instead, they only did their basic $22.00 one.  My friend and I call in ahead and made appointments informing them that I had a Groupon for the Pedicure and she had one for her Manicure.   I printed mine out and she has a smart phone so they Knew were had the Separate coupons.

I  asked the employee what was included and he just pointed to the laminated card with the description.    I have Low Vision so I asked my friend to read me the $40.00  pedicure. 

I Definatlllllely DID NOT get a $40.00 pedicure but just the most basic type of pedicure.  This is false advertising. I Paid for a Service that I did not get!

The foot soak water was Warm at first and they Did NOT add anything to the water so it was just Plain Tap Water.  After a few minute the water became luke-warn - apparently, their pedicure chairs do NOT Reheat the water....My friend also told me her water went cold too while she was waiting for an employee to do her pedicure- so it just wasn't me soaking in cold water!

The employee whose name was "Steven" did NOT speak English...I was surprised that he replaced the bag in the foot soak tub while I was in the chair BEFORE he painted my toenails.  After he was done with the polish, he left to do someone else.

+While I was waiting for my friend who did get a $41.00 pedicure which she paid full price and her $40.00manigure which she used her $20.50 coupon for I noticed my heels were snagging on the towel.  I reach down and felt them -they were scratch like course sandpaper!.  I asked the employee doing my friend Pedicure, Could I have some lotion.  She reached over and felt my heels and was shocked how rough they were.  She pulled out a jar of cream and rubbed some on my heels -  That was great BUT, after touching my first heel, she dipped back into the jar of cream and did the other one... This concerns me for Health and Safety issues.

Lastly, even though I sat in the chair at least 30 minutes after my nail were painted While I waited for my Freind, My polish chipped. My friend pointed it out in the car - I think this happen while the lady was trying to put on my flip flops because she hit that toe but did not say anything! Ironically, my friend's polish also chipped.  So I am wondering about the quality of their nail polish too!

Too bad QPolish did not live up to their Advertised services because they have an amazing list of Spa Style Mani and Pedicures! Just don't feel like I can trust them  :-(
