On 07/28/2013 I had ordered $2,952.00 worth of products. Waited patiently till it was shipped on 06/28/2014. Within the order was suppose to be 4 rolls of filament ($38.50 per roll), as well as a "milling package" about ($800.00), most of these parts were never shipped and have yet to be received. I also purchased a TwoUp 3d Printer on 11/2/2013 from them while waiting for the previous order that they had kept promising was "getting close" to being shipped out. The TwoUp printer arrived without the heated bed which was a $99.00 add-on. I have submitted numerous support tickets, as well as emails to Nathan, David, and Chelsea, along with some call attempts. The contact information is seemingly kept secret deliberately as it take quite a bit of research to find a way to contact them outside of the "Support Ticket" system they employ. Even most of the customers on their forum have no idea as to a way to contact them. Some have made long drives from distant states to try and claim their money or merchandise. Thier forum shows a lot of people very mad at not getting product and/or any response for at least a year and with some of them with a loss of many thousands of dollars per person. Some are international customers as well, who have no possible way to challenge them. Just Google them and see the shear amount of “issues” and Complaints waged on these people in the last year or so.

One of the most frustrating things they have done is having sent a document to sign to people whom had ordered their most expensive product (a 3D printer called the RPM). This document came nearly a year after I had ordered one, and nearly 2 years from other customers. It basically pointed to the idea that they weren't going to send a RPM unless you signed it, basically a hostage letter. It also seemingly was suppose to cleared them of supporting certain parts of the printer if you chose some of their predetermined scenarios. Yes, it was multiple choice. A number of those that did not sign for reasons of not actually getting the waiver (as it only was on the forum), or decided they wanted the machine they had already paid for have yet to get it. Some have received piles of unfinished parts rather than a machine they paid for, or another printer model that they did not order... and so on. I believe their might be a basis for a class action suit against this company if someone knew how to go about looking into it.
