CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

Doing business under the name of Qualcon Construction Network Inc. in Riverside,Calif. Owned and operated by a con man named Dennis Schultz.

Providing general construction services to the un informed consumers. Dennis Schultz is the sole employee and lists his business as a network group provider of services. His network consists of driving through the local Home Depot day workers area to obtain the "Highly Qualified Qualcon Staff" then makes them wear a Qualcon logo shirt to fool the poor consumer that they are employees.

Check out his California contractors license,you will see Complaints under the Business and Proffessional section. Ask Dennis Schultz to provide current documents showing proof of insurance,bond or workers com.

Once the job deb deposit is paid to Qualcon,Dennis scrambles around to try and finish other jobs,pay his personal large debt and then buy some of the materials required for the new job.

Routinely does not show up at the job site on time,is always missing the specific materials and tools for that days work when he does show up. Owners have to track him down to get him to finish teir job or find a another contractor.

He owes wages to workers that are over 2 months past due!!! Other complaints against his license are pending! Consumers Beware!
