Quality Bills, High Tech Laboratoty Sarl is a Counterfeit Money Printing Scam.  Mr. Muhammad Abdulraheem is the leader behind this scam.  They claim to have undetectible currency from every country all over the world, including US Currency.  The website is very good and very appealing, but they DO NOT deliver on their services.  They ripped me off for $250.00.

Neverr delivered any goods.  After back and forth conversations about an additional $723.16 needed for "so called" insurance to pass customs, they stopped answering emails, phone calls and Skype messages.  All of there info is still the same on their website as of this report.  However, I do not anticipate them keeping this info for very long.  BEWARE!!  Do Not do business with these crooks.  They will steal your money and you will NEVER get what you are paying for.
