I called about this and was told I would hear from someone to fix this problem...but nothing yet

I feel I deserve a refund and a total apology from the manger of that motel for calling me a liar!!

I bought 1 night on the computer Jan bank statement shows1/24. To do a job in that city, I did not want to get caught unable to get a room, I paid what told with my card as told

Drove to the city worked that day went to motel that evening with number for the night singed a card ....I explained its a job for someone I don't know,should I pay for another night or just leave my stuff in room, check out another day of work.......then I want a weekly rate....I left my stuff went to work ...that next afternoon, Job is right , I will be a week or 2....Told a weekly rate agreed ,I filled out a new card , address, phone numbers including mobile that I had with me.....

I each week told them , going fine 1 more week, ...On checkout day I asked if owned anything ...I got a print out for paid ....$323.40 paid on 1/26.......$339.54 paid on 2/2....a balance of $63.16 due I paid on 2/11...showing a $0.00 Balance....I thanked them left the room came home

I received my bank statement on or around the 27 of march were I see a charge of $105.52 on 3/06.....I know this must be a mistake I have prove of a zero balance !!....I call first a Lady says she will have the manger call me the next day, I'm sure he can fix this matter....after leaving 2 messages on his voice mail , He calls,States a mistake was made on the computer billing for the first night, called me a liar saying I never filled out a card with my information to contact me...as well as saying he should called me about the charge??? ....which is it, cant call or no information .......or sorry we should have ???.....all this a month later, I done a job had to guess dates

Have Jan bank statement paid for computer day .......A receipt 1/26 to 1/28 visa paid $323.40...that's not a week !!.....1/28 to 2/3 Visa pd. $339.54, a different amount and again not a week!!......2/11 $63.16........ Balance ZERO!!!!


I have sent a email everyday...Auto contact in 72 hours

Letter mailed from motel last Monday

Individually owned we cant do nothing !!!


I used your motel, Agreed to pay his weekly rate, Left the location with a print out Zero Balance on 2/11.....almost a month later $105.52 added to my card....Called a liar that I never left my information ...Or I'm sorry I did not call you....you pick which one !!!......A letter is already sent from the same person and place that called me a liar !!!


I am a customer......no not a big person that you make big money off of.....But a honest person That choice your motel....Paid what was asked ....Left with a receipt that stated ......$0.00.....2 months later .......it changed


I want my $105.52 returned ......A apology from that manger....I know some body in your corporation does care how I have been treated, and will return my calls and or emails and fix this Mess !!





Please I'm Tired of this bull I was put through.....Please resolve this !!!
