Marc Morningstar and Maria Meeuwisse are scamming people again!!! They had their contractor’s licenses revoked in Arizona and California and now they created a new "painting” business in 2018.

They are collecting large deposits for work and never completing jobs. They are giving out a fake license number making it hard to file complaints with the CSLB.
