Quality used engines Scott Green Recieved engine severly damaged during shipment, not correct engine. leawood kansas

Purchased engine for 2006 dodge ram  3500 5.9l cummins with 84,000 miles on nov, 7 2018 for 5,870.00 was told shipping would take 10-14 days, Had engine shipped to south central diesel Holdredge, Ne. Engine finally arrived on Dec 14, 2018, Mike at south central diesel called me when engine arrived and told me that he had some bad news that the engine had been severly damaged during shippment and was not usable and had taken pictures and sent to me.

He also stated that the engine was not the corrrect engine for 2006 it was a 305hp engine which was a much older engine, I contacted Scott Green at quality used engines and he wanted some pictures so i forwarded the pictures from south central diesel and called him back and told him that i needed  a complete refund for the engine as i would be forced to purchase  a engine local as my truck was down and needed  to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

He said he would send shipping company to pick up engine and as soon as he recieved the engine back i would recieve a complete refund in aprox 2 weeks, have contacted Scott Green 414-856-2066 at quality used engines numerous times and and have been told numerous times by Scott that he is in process of issuing a refund.

Here we are in March and have still not recieved a refund in my account, called  Scott again this morning was told the same thing, asked him if i would have to get an attorney to resolve this issue and again was told i would be issued a refund in a few days, i have come to believe that i am being lied to.
