Quantum Business Consultants A.k.a Nre Leaf & Assoc. Empty Promises Port Richey Florida

I too, like thousands of other victums of New Leaf & Assoc. fell for New Leaf's treaherous sales represntative's smooth sales pitch. And all I got were empty promises.

Like others I found myself in over my head in credit card debt and paid New Leaf & Assoc./Qunatum Bussiness Consultants 5300$ in Sept. of 2003 to get some sort on relief. Their representative gave me a completion date of around Feb. of 2004.

After zero results or even the slightest hint of something positive happening I started a letter and fax campaigm to Quantum Business Consultants and their sale respresentative to stop whatever they were doing and to refund my money, as they promised if they couldn't/wouldn't do as they stated in the contract both parties signed . And like everyone else I didn't get as much as a response.

After another 3 or 4 month of being ignored I filed a complaint with Florida's Attorney Generals' office outlining names & dates etc. I got a letter from Florida's AG's office acknowledging my complaint and notifying me they were aware of Quantum Business Consultants a.k.a New Leaf & Assoc. and had many other complaints.

I heard rumors that owner Tom Spiller and other have hidden more that 2,000,000$ in a "off-shore account" and had closed their offices and couldn't be found.

For me it's now going on 5 years and I have nothing but a bankruptcy and a divorce to show for my 5300$.
