Quantum Kopies This company lied to my self and husband a few times. Very upsetting. Corpus Christi Texas

 I went in on Thursday 8/20/15 I went in to order business cards. I took in a copy of what I wanted and they asked if a had a digital copy I could email them I said yes. I sent them an email copy of the card and asked for a response that they received the email and I never got a reply or call. They told me when I went in that my cards would be ready by Tuesday or the latest Wednesday. On Tuesday when I called they said that they were not in they would be in Wednesday and they would call me. On Wednesday they never called so in the evening I called and they said that they were not in they would be in on Friday. Friday came and went and they never called. On Monday I called and asked where my cards were and they tols me they were not in. I told them that I was going to come in and I wanted my money back. They hung up on me. As I only have one car I couldn't make it up there until Thursday. On Tuesday I called again and got hung up on yet again. Wednesday when I called yet again I got hung up on which was the last draw. I had my husband call and they couldn't find the account or have any record of it. On thursday when we went in they magically found the order and said that our cards would be delivered later that day by UPS we told them no we wanted our money back and after a whole lot of well they are coming you can wait and my husband got mad and they finally gave us our money back so that we could go somewhere else with our business. If they would have been honest from the start we would not have had any problem but they are very dishonest people.
