Queen Virgin Remy- DC Location Counterfeit Peruvian Hair Wash District of Columbia

i heard the advertisment for queen virgin Indian remy opening up in my community. I went in to check it put for myself and decided to give it a try. It was a gift for my daughters 13th birthday, this would be her first weave, and so it was important to purchase decent hair to last her throughout the summer. We purchased the " Peruvian" wavy hair in 14 inch, 3 bundles.

i'll admit it wasn't as soft as the company that I normally purchase from, but I thought a good Co- wash would fix that. We purchased the orrs conditioner which was recommended by the company. My daughter got a professional install the same day and we noticed the hair was tangly almost immediately. The co- wash caused the hair to Mat up terrible!! It took a good hour to get all the tangles out. The folloeing day the hair was poofy and tangled, like a Sheeps a*s!

after a week of this same routine I decided to contact the company via e- mail and leave a review. I was contacted by the company and told to contact the manager. I contacted the manager, and took it a step further and took my daughter to the store so they could see this garbage for themselves! befire going there I purchased two bundles of the same hair that I supposedly purchased from them from a reputible company so that I could use as a comparison. 

Thd he manager was speechless at the comparison and informed me that the Peruvian hair had been recalled due to the numerous complaints and sent back to the distributer! They gave me a credit towards abother purchase... Are u serious? I want my d**n $160 back! The company lost all credibility with me, and it's sad because this is the service you get from black owned business. Ripping your own people off, in your own community, with not attempts to make it right!

it took god me to go the extra mile to even get a credit! The company takes your contact information at the time of purchase and should have contacted all the customers who purchased this supposed bad batch of hair! sadly I referred my coworker to this company and she purchased the same hair, with the same results! I feel horrible! I have invested thousands of dollars into purchasing hair, and this hair is synthetic! It's sad that they continue to rip off people with no recourse! I ended up spending almost a thousand dollars rebuying hair and paying for a re- install for my daughter, so she would look decent for her birthday!

the bottom line is you get what you pay for! Spend the extra money and invest in some real hair, that will last you for at least a year with proper maintenance!! and let's ban together and put this company out of business! people spend hundreds of their hard earned money on this crap and don't deserve to be taken advantage of!
