Quetzal Painting - Edgar Ochoa ripoff stole money Lawrenceville Georgia

I agreed to pay Edgar Ochoa $600.00 in four monthly payments to paint our house in May 2005. I gave Mr. Ochoas the first check and 3 postdated checks. Mr. Ochoa cashed the first 2 checks and then when it was time to cash the third check he called to say he lost the last 2 checks. I went to my bank, put a stop payment on the last two checks and gave him a new check for the balance of $1,200.00. That day he cashed that check and then went to a 'cash-checking' outlet to cash the two 'lost' checks. He never lost them and was able to rip me off for $1,200. After the check place sent me his photo cashing the 'lost' checks, he admitted to me that he did indeed cash them and would pay me back. That was 7 months ago and he refuses to do what he said. He tries to come on as friendly, humble and Christian. He is a liar and a crook.
