Hi there. My name is Mayan V and I am from South Africa. I will not bore you with long stories of how I was taken for a ride, here; neither is this, at all necessary, because the situation with this company is as simple as it gets, i.e. . . breach of contract.

The company makes the promise to a potential customer on their website, in clear visible writing . . . that they will give you a full refund of the purchase price, if you are not 100% satisfied with their product (or service, if you like), but when you request the refund, as I did, 1 week after purchasing their product/service (a data base of international survey companies), there is complete non compliace with the above promise. They did send me an e-mail in which they asked me to click on a specific link in order to supposedly confirm my request for a refund, but after this I tried, in vain, to get hold of them again. Nobody will tell me that it takes longer than a couple of minutes (at most) to reverse a simple electronic online transaction, but I have now waited more than two weeks for this so called refund of theirs . . . I kid you not.

Would you like to do business with a company such as this? For your sake, dear reader, I hope not. I want them investigated, because if they could do the above to me, it only means that they have already done it to many others and will continue to do it, until they are stopped. I do not care at all if Quick Paid Surveys have helped millions of people around the world to make a better living, but have only screwed one person (I know there are more; there must be more). It is the latter who counts in my books. Anyone who reads the above, who has had a similar or related experience with this company, I ask you . . . please do not keep silent, but report them. This is the only way we will ever make the internet a better place to visit.
