Quicken Loans Yep Quicken Loans got me,,,I fell for the $300.00 upfront money, I was lied to, told it was for appraisal Detroit Michigan

My bad, I should have gone with my gut feelings, you know you can tell when sales people are giving you a line of BS...I fell for the $300.00 up front money, was told it was for the appraisal,to cover their costs in case the loan fell through. Was told that it would not be deducted from my banking account until it was time to do the actual appraisal. We decided to use another mortgage company and informed Quicken of our decision. The sales person (initials DG) actually got quite indignant with me on the phone. Its ok, their liars, including the sweet sounding girl that got on the line with me to try and save the deal. WOW was she phoney. They wanted to high of an interest rate anyways. Hope they do go out of business. That business of "reverse mortgages" for the elderly... our government should step in and stop that nonsense.
