QUICKEN LOANS RIPOFF LOANS! OVERCHARGING IN UP FRONT INTEREST POINTS AND OFF THE CHARTS INTEREST RATE FLORIDA

QUICKEN LOANS SOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME FROM QUICKEN TO RIPOFF LOANS! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I was a mortgage broker for over 10 years. They we're expecting to try to screw a guy that new about par plus pricing and someone that knows how to read a current interest rate sheet with adjustments to the rate. Well, as it turned out, they wanted to screw me with a rate that wasn't even quoted in the rate sheet in addition to charging me 1.5 points origination - outrageous!

So after a few days of my complaint, they had a supervisor call me and start explaining how I could buy down the rate etc..... bs bs bs . I let him talk all he wanted until he was done. Then I let him have it with a rate sheet in front of me with all the adjustments to the loan. He started telling me that I was wrong and that I didn't know what I was talking about bla bla bla. I cancelled my loan! Now I'm disputing with AMEX the $500 Dollars they charge to really Lock-IN the Screw they're preparing for you at closing. Unreal! Talk about Truth-In Lending! The government should be watchiong these people that are screwing the public left and right - thinking that a 4.75 or 5 % is a good deal. Yes it may be a good deal considering the rates in the last 30 years but that doesn't mean they can''t give the consumer a fair market deal which is much much lower than that for a 15 year fix Fannie Product! 

Quicken Loans = Rip-off Loans.
