Quicken Loans The Sweat Shop Troy Michigan

When reading many of these ex-employee responses I must agree. Quicken Loans is a legalized sweat shop. They have a great bait and switch interview process. I was told 40-50 hours a week, but that soon turned into 60-70 without breaking a sweat. But of course the free popcorn, slushies and coffee make it ok. I forgot about the Hoilday Party as well! The reason Quicken is able to do this is because they keep 3-4 points of mark-up on each loan! So that means nothing for the people how do all of the work! I could sit here and go on forever about this so called "#2 Best Place To Work For". I think that this company needs to be investigated and shut down! The fact of the matter is that I believe Dan will sell the company ince he moves downtown and wash his hands of everything and walk away golden!!

For anyone thinking about working at Quicken Loans, please think TWICE!!! Again as I said in the begining, I agree with all of the ex-employee responses! Quicken Loans is a Sweat Shop and needs to be put out of business!!
