You're kind of a victim of your own stupidity here. If you weren't sure of the deal, you should have walked away to do your own checking (as you apparently did after the fact) instead of signing papers. Your trade in value might have been contingent on paying MSRP or using their financing, but as you can tell from your research, you could have walked away and gone back armed with better information and probably gotten a much better deal. Why did you rush to the table?

Now the half tank of gas and making you pay inspection? That's just really poor service. Not really a ripoff unless they're included under the terms of your contract.

Oh what's the matter little boy? You aren't man enough to accept criticism? Everybody has to agree with you otherwise you'll throw a tantrum? Are you done yet? Come on little boy, just sit down and calm down and we'll read you some stories and give the darling young man some nice warm milk. We understand how traumatic it must be to have somebody face you down.

I knew when I wrote this info abour Quirk that there were going to be some Yahoo's out there that really have nothing to do but offer there unwanted advise and comments. I can think of better things to do than sit at a computer and read complaints and then think they are smart enough to offer there advise. I suggest you  folks get out and get some air and a life.

A credit rating of 815 deserves a rate better than 4.75% but if you agree to the terms it is not a rip off. You could have hopped into your pickup and driven to a different dealership.
