I bought a new kia rio from a dealer,after two years I noticed my payment went up an extra 50.00 pet mo, when I called Wells fargo Dealer services, they stated that was for dealer force placed insurance, after 3weeks of phone calls to dealer,QVE FIRST, and my voluntary insurance company, about my consistent voluntary insurance it took qve 4 months to credit me 1300.00 back. They at Qve stated it would be easier for everyone if i just used the dealer FPI. when I got into a lil accident, they said that the dealer never requested insurance, i had been asking for a declaration page, which never came, the Dept of insurance has sent me a form request for Assistance, I now see all the legal suits agianst them, I will ne calling an attorney next, sincererly
