I received my current statement from our telephone provider, Qwest aka AT&T. There was an additional page w/ a charge of 14.95 for something called findyourdiet.com mo fee. That particular company is listed UNITEDTEL & subnamed Enabill. I know nothing about this "product" & did not order it! I am deducting it from my bill & know that I will likely have to fight to get it removed. But, fight it, I will!

If you call the number on the portion of the bill that lists "Enabill" charges. They will explain the charge, say what email and billing address was given. regardless if the information they have is correct, just tell them all the information is incorrect, and you will see a check in about 3 weeks. If you refuse to pay that portion of the bill within the time you wait to get the check, you can laways call and ask for the CMC department at Qwest and ask them to put the Enabill bill portion in a "Do Not Treat" status. If that's done, that part of the bill wont need to be paid and you will get a check in the mail. As long as you have about an hour to spare on that task.
