I recieved a notice while I was on line.  It said that my computer and bank accounts, etc. have been hacked and if I  turn off my compputer  now that I would never get rid of the hacking.  I called the phone number that the message said to call if I wanted to talk to support personnel.  I called and they looked at my emails and said that it looks as if the Kernel PhP looks liek it was the main identity thief after he asked me if I knew any transactiions with the.  I said that I don't know any Kernel that I have ver dealt with.  The initial person I talked to on the phone gave me three options (costs)  1 yr. = $99 3 yrs. = $199  and lifetime protection was $299'

Te 2nd set of options were 1yr. = $299;  3 yrs. = $349; lifetime - $399.  etc.  I said that I wouldhave to hold off making a pyment of"699  Jack to whom I was talking to thought that the lifetime amount would be good so I said that I would take the $699 maximum payment package.  He asked the routing no. and my bank account number, etc. and still asked form the Bank of the West's location, etc.  I sent the check for $699 and I postdated the check til Thurs. -Feb. 2nd since I get my pension check Usually on the 1st of the month.

Are there any other complaints about this company.  They have to be a scam or are they?
