R & D Remodeling, LLC Robert Robbins / Ted Davids Failure to pay contracted labor / alternate motives for fraudulant hire in order to utilize transportation they fail to own themselves Phoenix Arizona

 Hired me to assist in stripping and repainting horse trailers.  Told to arrive at 8am the next morning and I did, but it was a residential address and everyone was still asleep.  Took 15 min to get them to respond and then i was told to sit and wait while the 3 people who woke up bickered back and forth with each other. 45 minutes later and also having been told to move my vehicle 3 times from front to back front to back and again front to back, Robert finally requests that I pull back to front and pick him and the older gentleman Ted Davids that was also in the apt. up and drive them to Bashas in order to use ATM.  Then returned to the address and dropped T.D. off as instructed by Robert Robbins and then was directed to conveninence store.

What it boiled down to was that he knew I had a vehicle and used this ploy of hiring me to work as a way to gain access to use my vehicle to transport himself to a location that turned out to be a 120 mile round trip for me.  Worked the 2 hottest days of the years outside (119-120 degrees) stripping paint and rust off a horse trailer and running this man all over town for 2 days.  The third day he wasn't ready at the time scheduled forcing me to wait at another location pending his call.  He failed to timely call or respond for over four hours after telling me it would only be another 20 minutes. I left after 4 hours of waiting.

The next day after requesting reimbursement he failed again to respond and the chase was on with him intermittently texting that he was honorable and would pay me.  Three more drives to Phoenix in attempts to collect and once where he shows up but sneaks away when I attempt to confront him.

His work is shoddy, his web site claims are full of fantasy and lies and there isn't really a "team of experts".  Its all edited hype.  Instead of paying his help he parties the money away.
