I sent my daughter to Lincoln Learning Solutions, LLC in Lincoln, MA for some reading help as her teacher suggested. The owners are R. Elliot Reinert and Jean Welsh. The owner, R. Elliot Reinert assured me that he could help and explained the fees associated with his program. We were billed in advance. He sold us all this software at an extremely high price but I thought, if it would help it may be worth it. Well, what a waist of time and money. Elliot was a joke. He never showed up for our scheduled appointments. As a result, each trip from my house to his office was a waist of our time. Some office, he works out of his house. The worst thing about the wasted trips to his house was that my daughter missed the necessary time to do her other assigned homework from school. The purchased software was damaged. Elliot keeps it in his basement where it gets wet. When I asked for a credit and a return, Elliott simply said; You don't really need the software anyway since I'll be teaching your daughter. I never got my money back. Elliot never helped my daughter. STAY AWAY from this nut. This whole fiasco cost me over $15000.00. He should be reported to the Attorney Generals Office and shut down. Elliot lives in a $10,000,000.00 home in Lincoln, MA which is his office. I wonder how he afforded to buy that under a teachers salary. Spread the word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jean Welsh, EdD did not help in the matter as well. She shares the responsibility of the company. When you look at their website, they seem like a legitimate company.
