R L A INC, never recieved magazines Aubrey Texas

I purchased from R L A Inc   26 iss at $45 on 11/09/09  and still to this day have NOT rec'd the magazines.  Just last week another "student" came selling and I informed him this company was a rip out and there was no way I would ever purschase anything from this company.

I think I have waited WAY beyound the 120-160 days for delivery.

Our complaint department did some research and we were able to find the following. You did in fact place your order on March 19, 2008. However, from reading your complaint it was clear that you may have misread the information that is stated in the box next to your signature. It states "Allow 90 to 120 days for delivery. Your son's subscription was process and sent to the publisher. It was released from them on July 2, 2008. It takes generally about 4-6 weeks for delivery from the publisher to you. Which we as a processing company have nothing to do with the time frame of the publisher. So at the time you filed your complaint your son either recieved his first issue or receieved it shortly after. So we hope he is in fact enjoying his magazine.
