R & L Embroidery Richard Saenz (Owner) After ordering, I was constantly lied to regarding pre-approval, progress reports, and other verbally agreed upon issues concerning my order which was "rocker" patches for my vests. Phoenix Arizona

 I went into R & L Embroidery to order several "rocker' patches " for my motorcycle vest. I spoke with Richard who I believe is the co-owner. I gave him the order, told him I was working with a seamstress from across the street and he assured me that when they were done he would bring them to her. He told me he would e-mail me the proff for my approval.  I then foolishly gave a $100 deposit in cash towards my total of f $122. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday the e-mail was never received. When I called him he said" oh I thought you were coming in person. That was never te case. I left for a trip and I called him several days later and he told me they were done and he would bring them over that day.I came and came back almost a week later and it still wasn't done. This time he told me tat they ran out of a certain material. I told him that if they weren't delivered to my seamstress by the end of the day, I was coming up for my $100. Later that day they were delivered. Whilr away I checked on previous rip-off reports and after reading them, I never expected to see either my patches or $100 again. Giving credit where its do, he did a good job on the patches. However, the finished product was not worth the anxietyof the whole process.
