 Located at website that offered german shepard puppies for sale. Contacted them using their contact information page. They replied back. First call the man was hard to understand so he said he'd send information by email. Next contact was the agreement for a puppy for $550 which included transportation to our home. We sent the money ny western union because the "david" didn't want to deal with personal credit cards and claims less fees involved with Western Union. He guaranteed we would have the puppy Monday night.then the shipping company calles/emails.stating the government implemented a insurance policy for the transportation of animals by plane. Said we need to pay $970.00 with 98% refunded once the puppy was delivered. It was to come in at O'Hara International Airport in Chicago then a delivery to our house by 9:30pm. I contacted the airport and found out there was no such mandatory policy but they said we could waive any other flight insurance and assume the risk. So I notified both the shipping company and the puppy seller of that and they countered with need to pay $270.00 for plane ticket. I informed them about the agreement with the seller our purchase price included delivery to our home and that the seller needs to ship the puppy as agreed or refund the money. They both stopped communicating with me. They don't reply to any text,emails, voice message, simply stopped communicating
