Rac Acceptance lied and ripped me off.on high interest rates. I was told 60% towards pucher,out of my payments. Instead only maybe 5% is used in my favor. Baltimore, Maryland

I Ronald Timmons went to buy some furniture from Ashley Furniture HomeStore. I was deceived and taking advantage of. My intention was to percher furniture from Ashley not rent merchandies from Rac Acceptant.

The first day I came to Ashley to buy a living room set, I was prepared to pay all the money needed to make the percher. However, my sale person (which was one of Ashley's employees) suggested that I just put 50% down on it and pay the balance when needed. So I took his advance it seemed to be a good idea.

One evening when I went to place some money on my balance, some woman who was working behind the percher's counter was listening to Ashley's account manager discussing my account with me. She offer to finance my balance. I had no idea that she was part of a rent a center operation. Had I known that I would had not got involved with them with the kind of money I had already spent on it. In fact, nothing would had convinced me to go into one of there center and put that kind of money upfront with them. Its no way I would had did that. I Have done business with them in the past and said I wouldn't use them unless I was desperate. I was not desperate, I had money to percher the set.

She deceived me and lead me to believed that 60% of my playments would go towards my percher and 40% would go towards their service charge. I agree to these terms under the pretense that at least $99 and some changes would come off my balance every month. She also missed lead me by placing me under the impression that she was just finacing the balance lelft. She never told me that I am renting the furniture instead of me owning the funiture and just playing off a financer's service. 

Now I am in a no win situation. I have paid all the money for the furniture and I refuse to give Rac any more money or rturn the furtiture. I feel as though I was lied to and decieve by this outfit. I am very upset concerning this matter because they justed ripped me off for over $2,000 and want to take back the furniture I have paid for in full. Its a crime that these people have scamed me out of my money and now want to take back what I have paid for.
