Never ever take a free trial from Radialabs. They will start to take money from your bank/credit card without permission. This is basically a scam, and as I understand it they have previously been involved in something similar with regard to teeth whitening. Their phone numbers are never answered and e mails to cancel never responded to. Basically they are thieves, and if the comments on Google are anything to go by, have caused a lot of people distress and financial hardship. They sent me a sample in Septmeber, then took 5.95 out of my account, then took another 139.08 in October, sent me their product agin on 15th November and no doubt will attempt to charge me fopr that. I have informed the dispoutes Section of my bank so that future attempts to take money can hopefully be blocked.

Here's the link to their "Terms" page.
http://www.radialabsdirect.net/w/radialabsdirect.net/lp2/#
It basically says you need to cancel before the end of the trial term.
It also says you will continue to be billed until you DO cancel.
Information on how to cancel is also within these terms.
Be sure to follow up.....good luck.
