I signed up for a Virtual Terminal month to month - they are claiming that I signed a 36 month agreement. Melinda does not follow through, Very rude and obnoxious. I have every email and fax this company ever sent me and it clearly does not state that I signed a 36 month agreement.
They can not and will not provide proof. I know for a fact they are constantly taking advantage of their customers.
They have also billed me more than the agreed amount.
I also asked them if I signed a 36 month agreement then where is my computer that could have been an option. I never received nor do I want it.
I want this company shut down. There has to be an attorney that would love this case.

Melinda at Radius Financail Service does not follow through on anything she says she will do. She told me many times when I called that she would talk to her supervisor about my complaints and that never happened.
She was very rude and short the first few times I called her about being charged more per transaction then we were told saying with out proof she did not believe it or could do nothing. I contacted Sage who does the transactions for Radius and they faxed me proof. Then the I have to ask my supervisor about this started.
You probably got the computer after my calls to Dell to see if a computer was ever ordered for our company from Radius for us and it was not, I complained. After canceling our account they finally sent only part of what they claimed we would get from Dell.
