Ralph W. Rucker Tenant's sad story got him in the door! Out when his "dead wife" move in! ripoff Eau Claire Wisconsin

Ralph Rucker was a charming southern gentlemen with a sad story. He said he had left the Army due to some physicals problems and that his poor wife had died and left him alone to raise 3 small children. He a just moved up from Muskggee, OK and was staying at a friends house in a near by town, but really wanted to spare his friend by not imposing to long.

He did provide proff of being in the army (left out the "dishonnorbly discharged" part. He provided a work # which claimed he work for them as a trucker. He was making enough to rent our modest 2 bedroom house. I said I thought the house was to small for 1 adult and 3 childern and he assured me the littlest one sleeps with him ever since his mom died because he was scared. After a small amount of begging and my heart strings being pulled I agreed.

After he moved in the problems started. First check of first rent plus deposit wouldn't be covered because he closed his bank account. Then a full time "baby sitter" (an adult male) moved in. His "friend" he had been living with he didn't want to "impose" on. Then his wife miraculously came back from the dead and moved in too! (Actually it was prison for cocaine dealing!)

Judgement due $5123.00 plus interest since 9/10/2002.
They disappered in the middle of the night!
