 Watch out for This Sly Silver Tongue Guy!!! Randall DeVaney a Metal Building fabricator and builder that has numerous alias names in his buiness such as Nu-Span Installers of Castle Rock Colorado, Sterling Steele Buildings of Henderson Colorado, ripped us off. After a fire had destroyed our restaurant in sept 2012....we found Mr. Randall DeVaney of Sterling Steele Buildings on line. We hired him and signed an agreement contract on Jan 20th 2013 and gave him a $25,000.00 ( half of the building cost) down for him to order our building and pour our foundation.

We explained to Mr. DeVaney that this money was insurance funds and that we had to have our building standing by March 1st 2013...we have numerous emails and text from him that asured us that he would be able to meet the deadline of March 1st.

It has been six months now and he has breached his contract with us by not performing any work at all as outlined in the agreement and by not still to this date not delivering our building that was due to us on Feb 15th 2013.

We have spent six long months trying to get Mr. Randall DeVaney to Contact us...daily we call him, send him emails and send him text mesages...begging him to please refund us the $25,000.00 or erect and deliver our building.

When Randall did contact us in the past....in the beginning months of this,

he used numerous excuses as to why he had not contacted us: such as, my truck broke down, I fell off a ladder, i was in the hospital and most of all he used the excuse of " My phone is not working" Ok, as a contractor your phone is your life line. Randall now does not contact us at all.....He feels he is entitled to go around ripping his customers off.

So as a result, Randall has caused us to loose everything. With our Restaurant not rebuilt we have no income, and with no income we cannot pay the note with the lender. How can ouur justice system allow these rip off contractors to get away with this, destroying peoples lives.

This should be stopped...Contractors should not be allowed to steal money and just dissappear. $25,000.00 A lot of money!!!!
