Knowledge is Power, and you need to know all you can about who is BUILDING or REMODELING your home. In most cases, you are trusting someone you don't REALLY know to take care of your wallet.....seriously...think about that. In our case, the excitement to build a home overshadowed the reality of pure evil.

In the state of Texas, Randall Smith Kuhlmann became a builder with no trouble at all (as most people can--this needs to change). It didn't matter that in the 90's he was prosectuted by the SEC, for fraudelent activites (a.k.a. ponzi scheme) in excess of $51.4 MILLION dollars!!! Then, subsequently was sent to prison in California (for too short of a time), and ordered to pay $32 MILLION in restitution....or maybe he even cut a deal on that. SLIME-BALL

Our story is the same as MANY in DFW when it comes to entrusting Randall "Randy" Kuhlmann, to build our dream home. He stole $$,$$$ from us. I don't have enough fingers to count how many people this man owes money to. His method is so simple it is sickening. Randy requests a draw from the bank, the home owner signs off, and the money goes right into Randy's pocket. The assumption is, part of that money goes to him, and the other goes to pay the people actually doing the work! Not the case, and liens are created.

He will underbid your project to hook you, and then what do you do? You're stuck in a contract, and the project needs to be finished...well, what's another $10K? $20K, ETC. Yep....he's got you right where he wants you.

The answer is simple. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! Homeowners, he will take your money. Contractors, he will not pay you!

HOT CHECKS are allegedly his specialty. He has no morals.

Randall Smith Kuhlmann, was arrested last Thursday, August 6th, 2015, by the Collin County Sherrifs Department, for Misappropriation of Funds. He made bail the same day....

He will keep creating new corporations, until all of his options are exhausted. We don't want him to hurt anyone else, so please, do you research, and trust your gut instinct. (Mine told me not to trust a man that wears a flashy gold chain around his neck and can talk his way out of a paper bag...but I didn't listen).
