Rapid Communications Stoneage Cable ripoff Clinton Indiana

This is in response to another unhappy Rapid Communications customer. My cable company was also bought out by Rapid. I thought, Oh Good, maybe now I will have cable like other people. Wrong! My cable also goes out on certain chanels, sound will disappear, they put on a new chanel and take it off again. I don't even have a TV Guide chanel like most cable companies offer. Just bought a new big screen TV and can't get HDTV.

It is time for cable companies to step up and offer the services or everyone will go to satelite, Direct, or anything else. I tried to communicate with them on web site and my zip code is not even registered. It is not like I live in the middle of the desert. If you go 5 miles down the road you can be on a cable company that has HDTV, Internet etc.
