Rapid Swag Giovanni Traino Sexual Harrassment, Unprofessional, Racist San Jose, California

I ordered some custom made T-Shirts, and 2 Banners from Giovanni at rapidswag.com for my sons baseball team the man said he would have them ready in the next few days. So I paid for it right away on his website wit my credit card. I few days later I went to pick up the shirts and banners. His office is his house real rough neighborhood in east san jose. His Partner Manuel opened the door and was very rude from the start he asked me what the f**k do i want. I was shocked I never met someone as rude in my life. He let me in I went to go see Giovanni and guess what the T-Shirts were no wear to be seen, and the banner was such low quality I just demanded my money back. He then yelled at me and kept on threatining and swearing at me. I told him he better refund my money or  would call the police, He then took my phone from my hand and threw it to the ground. And then this is when he went to far, he said I worship the devil because I am an Hindu.

He said I better convert or he will Kill me. He said would i rather be saved, or be hindu and burn in hell, he then took his kitchen knife, thats right kitchen knife and told manuel to hold me down, manual held me down and licked my face. I was scared for my life i was crying. I did not know what to do so I kicked manuel and punched gio and then ran out. I called the police and made a complaint, I even had to get a restraining order on them. Not only did he not make the shirts and make a bad banner, he tried to hurt me after i confronted him about it. I never saw them since, Giovanni stalked me on facebook after I blocked him and reported him. Do not do buisness with rapid swag, the owner is a very dangerous and sick man. After what I went through I am just trying to keep everyone safe. I read another report on here to about how he tried to rape a girl and how he killed her dog. He is a very dangerous man. Avoid him and rapid swag so you wont get ripped off or get hurt
