I have tried for 3 months to cancel my account with Rapidfax (July, August, and Sept) and was promised a refund for the 3rd charge after attempting to cancel. Now they say they show no records of a refund being due to me and refused to refund my money. They are getting rich ripping customers off. Why has no one put together a class act lawsuit against them? This needs to stop!
