raquel of absolute construction llc. theft of services michigan

 I worked for absolute construction for roughly two weeks. They payment agreement was I was hired on at 11 an hour and would receive my checks every two weeks. Well the first week I worked was the end of the first pay period, so my first check was for one week. I quit near the end of the second week. So they owed me for three days work roughly 34 hours and its been 3 weeks now and I've received no payment. So I text her to ask her what was up. We get into it or w/e and she tells me since I'm being disrespectful they're only required by law to pay me minimum wage. Tonight she text me back saying she was going to block me and that I can pursue a lawsuit if I wish but I'm not getting paid.
