RateMDs ratedmds, Rate MDs, ratedmds.com I agree with other post that RateMDs is detrimental to patients and even physicians internet

Someone else reported that RateMDs is hazardous to individuals' health. I would completely agree with this. It is a ridiculous site in which patients are allowed to file multiple slur reports on doctors without good cause and the site actually has been known to censor out legitimate reviews of physicians that are engaging in unethical and/or malpractice behavior.

Furthermore, surgeons post false positive reviews on themselves, thereby misleading consumers into thinking they are great doctors. This is particularly prevalent in the plastic surgery industry. These same doctors also post false negative reviews on the competitors, thereby slandering their competition in order to lure patients to their services.

It is also well known among employees of these doctors that some doctors have designated staff to monitor their reviews, attempting to censor legitimate negative reviews, create positive false reviews, and actively solicit positive reviews from their patients. This is highly unethical.

Just like this site, RateMDs is now a useless means to obtain information on doctors. It is corrupt and thereby an invalid source of information. Beware to all.
