My fiance and I were given a $30 gift card card for Christmas for your theater which we attempted to use on June 12, 2012. As we were purchasing tickets your associate told us your system was down and we would have to pay the 28.50 price in cash. We had already bought over priced popcorn and drinks. When she used her walkie talkie she asks the
manager if she can "just give the card number like the others" he says "THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO!" WOW. Could this experience have been worse?
NO. thank you for making us leave, not refunding the snacks, not doing whatever you did for your system with us, made us look like fools leaving without seeing a movie and with popcorn and snacks, and completely ruining our night and the gift that was given. Your theater is unprofessional and I am disgusted by your company. Ill be getting a refund for my $30 gift card balance which I can use at ANY OTHER theater. I'll make SURE my brothers stop buying rave cinema gift
cards for all of us -since they DONT WORK.

How and why exactly did you buy your Popcorn and Snacks BEFORE you bought the tickets to the movie?
Also, this was posted on 6/12 at about 7:16AM EDT. Since their first movie isn't until around 9AM how did you get in hours before their first movie of the day?
