rave ready Took money from account now will not answer emails no items sent just email out of stock Internet

I ordered some items from raveready and they took the money the same day.

Three weeks later after not receiving my items, i emailed the company and got an email sent back saying out of stock even though the website says in stock and they were waiting on the manufacturer.

I then asked for a refund, as the order was placed 06/13/2013, i have now asked for a refund twice and no reply they say they have not charged for this order but they deducted the money from my account the same day.

If this company is ripping off the consumer then i will certainly take legal action against them and they will be shut down, They will also be receiving a fine and depending on the amount of people they have ripped off this is a goalable offence. This is fraud and i will not let them get away with it.
