My story with this bad company are: we are auto dealer, so one from our client want to buy 2011 Ford Taurus SEL, we found it with all our client options on the seller website, so we started to contact the sales by email, but no answers, then i went to its facebook page, and send email about our order to all sales emails, but no answer!, I said may the company is very big and has many emails from their costumers, so decide to call them, the answer is the available, so we collect the money from our client, and at the second day sent many emails to get the Bill of sale, but no answer!, then call them, they told me: the car is sold at this morning!!! , we told our client with that, 2 day later i received Ad from the company, just visit the website, I found the car is still found, so I called them, they told me the car is still available!!!!!!, Charles and Joe said.
many contacts by email to get the Bill of sale, after about 3 days i received the Bill of sale, I asked then to pay by wire transfer, but they said the payment only by check, before i Sent the check i called Mr Joe, if he able to accept the wire transfer, but he still only accept the check, 5 hour later i sent them email with our check picture, and later I sent the check and told them Robert, Charles, and Joe about sending our check.
At the time Robert received our check he send us email that: the car is sold!
So we want to help other to avoid wasting effort and time with this seller, except if they located near the company and if paying cash in hand, the seller don't respect our check and emails from about 15 days, and put us in bad situation with our client.
Be careful to put your car VIN in your check!!!!!!

Bad service , avoid to wast your time and effort with that seller

A Scam???

AUTHOR: Ravenel Ford - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 17, 2014

We are not sure what to make of this customer.  We received a telephone call from a blocked cell phone number about a used Ford Taurus we had listed online from a man who spoke very poor English.  When we confirmed we had the car in stock, the man gave the telephone to someone he called his manager who told us that he was a car dealer from Indiana who wanted to buy the car.  We were immediately suspicious about the deal because this reported dealer was offering to pay retail price for a very average white Ford Taurus that was several hundred miles away.   Through the broken English we did communicate that we had the car would sell it with proper payment but at no time did we agree to hold the car while payment was arranged.  We sold the car to a local customer a few days later before we received received Fed Ex package from Saudi Arabia.  The only item in the package was a business check from a company named “DBA (((REDACTED))) SOLE PROP” from Hammond Indian for the car.  The check number was 1001 indicating it may have been the first check written from the account.  It took us several tries to contact someone about the deal as local information in Indiana did not have a record of the company and we got voice mail on the telephone number we had.   A Google search on the company led us to a web site that was advertising to import cars from the U.S. to Saudi Arabia.  Eventually we contacted someone associated with the company with an email address and told them the car had been sold.  We suggested if they were really a licensed dealer they could easily buy a similar car at wholesale auction for less money and less transportation costs but the customer was very upset he could not have our car.   While we have no solid evidence that this deal was any type of fraud we are happy our car is sold and paid for.  If this was a legitimate attempt to purchase our car from someone trying to export cars, we regret having to be involved with a customer who is unfamiliar with doing business in this country.
